The opportunity on offer

As Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Texco's finance operations by ensuring accurate, timely and compliant activities.

As a central point in the day-to-day financial workflow that supports the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Register and code incoming invoices into the Finance system to support workflow and approval processes, and ensure invoice information is complete and accurate before progressing for approval;

• Issue, suspend and maintain records for Bunnings cards, fuel cards, eTags and other operational accounts, and monitor usage, update account details and ensure all records remain accurate and compliant with company policy;

• Maintain accurate and timely entry of AP support data to ensure high quality financial records;

• Support the Finance Manager and AP Officer by providing required documentation or resolving data discrepancies; and

• Maintain positive communication with employees, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support smooth financial operations..

• Act as the practical connection point between business stakeholders and technical delivery, helping both sides understand requirements, constraints, priorities and decisions.

As a key contributor to the Finance team, we are seeking candidates with the following experience/qualifications:

• A degree in accounting, commerce, or a related field;

• Experience using financial systems and Microsoft Office applications;

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;

• Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain organised workflows;

• Clear communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across finance, operations, and external partners; and

• A willingness to learn, take feedback and continuously develop.
