About the role
Arc-X Welding is a growing fabrication business based in Landsdale where we perform workshop fabrication, site welding and general repair work. You will be the first point of contact for our customers as well as the face of the business and you will have the opportunity to put forward ideas and assist with how the business is presented to customers and shape our image to help us grow.
Key responsibilities
Answering phone calls and emails from customers and suppliers
Putting together information from customers for quoting
Invoicing
MYOB data entry
Entering staff hours for wages and uploading ABA files
Assisting with scheduling of works
Running day to day administration duties of the business
Assisting the director and customers
About you
MYOB experience - Accounts Payable/Receivable, Wages
Scheduling experience
Customer relations experience
Current driver's license
Police clearance
Sales experience and steel knowledge would be a bonus
