Day to day, you’re responsible for end-to-end operational excellence, embedding streamlined and efficient processes both front and back of house, ensuring seamless stock flow, efficient operations, and a positive customer experience.How You Will Contribute Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activitiesPartner with retail management and visual merchandising (VM) to drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance stockroom efficiency, refill processes, merchandise presentation, and stock schedule recommendations.Manage daily financial operations including end-of-day reconciliation, banking procedures, and secure cash handlingActively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeingRole model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
