The Operations Manager leads the engine room of our retail stores. Day to day, you’re responsible for end-to-end operational excellence, embedding streamlined and efficient processes both front and back of house, ensuring seamless stock flow, efficient operations, and a positive customer experience.

How You Will Contribute

• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Partner with retail management and visual merchandising (VM) to drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance stockroom efficiency, refill processes, merchandise presentation, and stock schedule recommendations.
• Manage daily financial operations including end-of-day reconciliation, banking procedures, and secure cash handling
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
