Set right on the river in Mount Pleasant, The Rowing Pavilion is a buzzing bar and dining venue known for epic views, great food and drinks, and a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. We’re all about creating memorable moments for our guests — whether it’s a sunny afternoon by the water, a big night with friends, or one of our special wine dinners.

The Role
We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable people to join our bar and floor team. As part of the crew, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience — pouring drinks, serving food, keeping the vibes high, and making sure every guest leaves smiling.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering warm service on the floor or behind the bar

• Making and serving drinks (beer, wine, cocktails, coffees) with consistency and style

• Taking orders, running food, clearing tables, and keeping the venue looking sharp

• Working as part of a team to keep service smooth during busy shifts

• Learning and sharing knowledge about our menus and events

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality is a bonus, but not essential — attitude is everything

• A passion for people and creating great experiences

• A team player who’s reliable, adaptable, and brings good energy

• Availability to work nights and weekends

• A current RSA (or the ability to obtain one quickly)
