Are you a skilled Drill Fitter who knows your way around a rig and takes pride in keeping equipment performing at its best?

We’re looking for experienced, hands-on Drill Fitters to join our team and keep our fleet safe, reliable and ready to perform.

⚙️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Maintain, service and repair drilling equipment

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic faults

• Complete planned and preventative maintenance

• Carry out breakdown repairs and minimise downtime

• Perform inspections and ensure equipment is site-ready

• Work closely with Drill Operators and Supervisors

• Maintain a high standard of safety, housekeeping and workmanship

We want people who know their trade, back themselves and get the job done.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Drill Fitter / Heavy Diesel Fitter

• Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge

• Experience working on drilling equipment

• Relevant trade qualifications and tickets

• A genuine commitment to safety

• The ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team

• A positive, can-do attitude
