About The Role

Situated at Corporate Head Office (Milperra) and due to an internal promotion, this available position would suit those seeking to either kick-start their professional career, change career direction or develop current Purchasing capacities. Our purchasing team is highly valued and is critical for the continuing growth of our business, supporting our 8-branch network across Australia & New Zealand.

You will be proactive, accurate and efficient, taking ownership for your key accountabilities including:

• Create purchase orders 

• Prompt and efficient follow up of purchase orders

• Create stock transfers between our 8 branches

• Attend to purchasing discrepancies 

• Liaise with supply partners

• Maintain records of all product specifications and drawings

About You

We are seeking a candidate with: 

• Maturity and a sense of urgency

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

• IT savvy capability
