Join us as an inspirational Team Leader - Despatch within our warehouse operations at our Chef Fresh site! You’ll inspire our team members to achieve their best by creating a safe and productive work environment.  With your leadership, you’ll drive operational efficiencies and set the standard for excellence.

This is a AM shift role working a roster - Monday to Friday 7AM - 3PM.

About you and your skills

• Lead, coach, develop and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work
• Conduct skills check and assess competency
• Able to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members
• Experience promoting and maintaining the highest levels of safety, health and well-being in the workplace
