Join the Coles Team as a supportive Team Leader in the Red Meat department of our Retail Ready Operations Australia function. You’ll lead our Team Members and set a positive example by creating a safe working environment and drive operational efficiencies to ensure staff coverage and attendance.

The successful candidate will be required to work the following roster:

• Monday to Thursday 5AM - 3PM (4 x 10 hour shifts)

• Lead, coach, develop and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work
• Conduct skills check and assess competency
• Able to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members 
• Experience promoting and maintaining the highest levels of safety, health and well-being into the workplace
