Inside Sales & Team Manager

About the role

As Sales & Team Manager, you will lead the phone sales team, support office staff and help ensure every customer receives a friendly, professional and caring experience. You will be at the heart of the business, managing incoming sales enquiries, coaching staff, and supporting the retail water filtration showroom.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the phone sales team

• Manage incoming sales enquiries and convert qualified leads into customers

• Coach staff to improve sales skills, confidence and performance

• Manage the daily operation and workflow of the office

• Support the retail water filtration showroom/store

• Ensure customers receive outstanding service from first enquiry through to installation and ongoing support

• Monitor sales targets, leads, follow-ups and team performance

• Support & grow the plumbing Installation contractors Australia wide

• Work with CRM and management systems to ensure opportunities are followed up

• Help develop better sales processes and customer experiences

• Work closely with management, marketing, customer care and installation teams

• Attending Homeshows

• Growing new business through our partner & affiliate programme.

• Support marketing with insights into Digital marketing campaigns

• Support the development of Product evolution

About you

• Amazing ability to win people over & win new business.

• Naturally positive, organised and results-focused

• Computer Savvy

• Experience as a Sales Manager, Office Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager or Sales Team Leader

• Strong telephone sales and communication skills

• Experience managing or coaching people

• Good organisational ability

• Confidence to make decisions and keep a busy office moving

• Enjoy helping people succeed—both customers and team members
