Legal Sages is looking for an experienced Solicitor / Conveyancer to run their own portfolio of residential, commercial and off-the-plan matters, with real autonomy and genuine support behind them.  If you're passionate about conveyancing, delivering exceptional client experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage your own portfolio of residential, commercial and off-the-plan conveyancing files end to end

• Prepare and review contracts, and explain the process clearly to clients along the way

• Be the go-to expert on Victorian property legislation, compliance and process

• Coordinate with clients, agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors to keep things moving

• Run settlements through PEXA and our digital platforms

• Flag risks early and help us keep improving how we work

• Manage a caseload that's busy but realistic, with paralegal and admin support so you're not doing it alone

What You'll Bring

• Licensed Conveyancer or Practicing Certificate, required

• Minimum 1–2 years' conveyancing experience running your own files

• Solid grasp of VIC property law, contracts and the end-to-end conveyancing process

• Confidence with PEXA (experience with Leap is a bonus, not a must)

• Strong communication skills — you can explain the complex stuff simply, even when things get busy

• Someone who's organized, reliable and takes pride in getting the details right
