Experienced Licensed Conveyancer

About the role

You will manage a variety of conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement, with the support of an experienced and friendly team.

This is not a high-volume conveyancing role. The focus is firmly on quality over quantity, personalised service and developing long-term relationships with quality clients, real estate agents and other professionals.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys developing strong professional relationships and wants to be part of a boutique practice where reputation, service and long-term relationships matter more than file numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Managing conveyancing matters

• Reviewing and preparing Contracts for Sale

• Providing clear and practical advice to clients

• Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, sales agents, buyers agents, brokers and lenders

• Conducting contract negotiations and drafting special conditions

• Managing electronic settlements through PEXA

• Maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout their transaction

• Contributing to the growth and reputation of the boutique office

About you

• NSW Licensed Conveyancer

• Strong conveyancing experience

• Confident managing files independently

• Excellent contract review and drafting skills

• Communicates professionally and genuinely enjoys dealing with clients

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Understands the importance of building relationships with real estate agents and referral partners

• Presents professionally and comfortable representing the business within the local property community

• Values providing a premium level of service rather than working in a high-volume environment

• Experience with PEXA and modern conveyancing software is essential
