Join Our Team at The Injury Hub — Administration Assistant, Full Time / Permanent Part Time

The Injury Hub is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the team on a full time or permanent part time basis. Based in Willaston, The Injury Hub is a purpose built, multi disciplinary healthcare facility offering physiotherapy and Pilates, alongside a range of visiting specialists including sports medicine, neurosurgeon, orthopaedic and pain management. You'll be working alongside physiotherapists and visiting specialists in a large rehabilitation gym and dedicated Pilates studio, all within a genuinely supportive and welcoming team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional front desk welcome to all patients and visitors

• Manage appointment bookings, patient records and general administrative tasks

• Handle phone and email enquiries with clarity, professionalism and empathy

• Support physiotherapists and visiting specialists with day to day administrative needs

• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records

About you

• Motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Skilled in communication, with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills

• Strong computer and administrative capabilities

• Ideally experienced in a similar admin or receptionist role, or keen to learn and grow
