Service Coordinator – Building Technologies

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator with experience in HVAC, BMS or building services to support and coordinate our service technicians and small works projects across BMS, EMS, Mechanical-Electrical systems and Hotel Technology Solutions.

This is a pivotal role within our growing service team and is ideally suited to someone who is looking to grow in the role, as we grow ourselves.

About the Opportunity

Evolv Building Technologies has expanded rapidly following the acquisition of Ronin Control Systems and the continued growth of our service portfolio. To support this growth, we’re seeking a capable and driven Service Coordinator to help streamline service operations and small project delivery.

As the Service Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate daily service activities across our technician team.

• Schedule reactive and planned maintenance works.

• Manage small works projects, upgrades, and service variations.

• Price minor works, with support from the team.

• Act as the key communication link between clients, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Support service delivery across BMS, EMS, mechanical-electrical systems, lighting controls, and hotel room technologies.

You’ll work closely with service technicians, and the service manager to ensure works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in coordinating service teams within BMS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or related building services.

• Highly organised with strong time-management skills.

• A confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders.

• Commercially aware, with an understanding of service margins and job costing.

• Technically curious and keen to learn about building services and technologies.
