Our headquarters and primary manufacturing facility are located in China. To strengthen our global supply capability and production flexibility, we also operate manufacturing facilities in Vietnam and Thailand.

Over the past decade, we have built a strong reputation in the Canadian market, achieving broad market penetration through established flooring retailers and dealer networks. We have also successfully expanded into Japan, supplying products that meet the high quality expectations of mature international markets.

We are now entering the Australian market, beginning in Melbourne, with plans to progressively expand into Sydney, Brisbane and other key regions across Australia.

Our mission is to build long-term partnerships with flooring retailers, builders, developers and distributors by providing reliable products, stable supply, competitive solutions and professional customer support.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional, to establish and grow our dealer network across Melbourne. You will play a key role in shaping our market strategy and building long-term partnerships. Successful growth in Melbourne will lead to expansion into other Australian markets.

·        Develop new flooring retailer, builder and distributor accounts.

·        Build long-term relationships with dealers and industry partners.

·        Present our product range and value proposition.

·        Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.

·        Develop sales strategies with management.

·        Attend customer meetings and industry events.

·        Achieve agreed sales and growth targets.

·        Experience in flooring, building materials or construction industries.

·        Strong B2B sales and business development experience.

·        Existing Melbourne industry network is highly regarded.

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·        Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

·        Valid Australian driver's licence.
