State Sales Manager

Vicostone Australia is looking for an experienced and motivated State Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen our presence within the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales activities within the assigned state.
• Identify and secure new project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, fabricators, and key industry partners.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market growth.
• Work closely with the Head Office team to implement marketing and business development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Represent Vicostone Australia at industry events and networking activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar State Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Account Manager role.
• At least 5 years of experience in the building and construction industry.
• Strong network with builders, developers, fabricators, and other industry stakeholders is highly regarded.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned state.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
