Process Worker – Food Manufacturing

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Process Worker to join our fast paced food manufacturing team in Gilles Plains, South Australia. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to broaden their career in the manufacturing and food production industry. As a Process Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line, contributing to the highest standards for quality, hygiene and safety of our range of food products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment in the food production process
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area, following HACCP food safety standards
• Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Participate in training and development programs as required

What we are looking for:

• Experience in food production is essential
• A good level of fitness with an ability to lift up to 20kg, and to operate and move plant equipment and machinery.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work

Work Location:

• Based in Gilles Plains, South Australia
• Current hours of operation 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday
