Caravan Sales Consultant – Cannington

About the role

This is primarily a sales role. Your main responsibility is to generate opportunities, follow up customers and sell caravans. You will be involved in the whole customer journey — from the first enquiry through to caravan shows, vehicle handover and ongoing customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and actively follow up potential customers
• Sell caravans and work towards individual and branch sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the buying process
• Conduct caravan walk-throughs and product demonstrations
• Assist with customer handovers and delivery appointments
• Represent Fantasy Caravan at caravan shows and local events
• Follow up existing leads by phone, email and CRM
• Assist customers with general enquiries before and after purchase
• Work closely with the wider Fantasy Caravan team to keep the branch running effectively

About you

• Previous sales experience — automotive, caravan, RV, marine or similar experience is highly regarded
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence speaking with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
• A proactive approach to following up leads and closing sales
• Good computer and CRM skills
• The ability to organise your own workload and follow through on commitments
• A willingness to help wherever needed to deliver a great customer experience
• A current Australian driver licence
• Strong sales ability, attitude and willingness to learn
