Adminstrative Assistant

Physio Goals is a private practice located on the M5 corridor. Physio Goals was established in 2019 and has grown into a thriving private practice catering to the needs of all those in the Sydney South Western Region.

We require a candidate preferably with previous medical reception experience.

• The role includes and are not limited to greeting and helping patients, handling multiple enquiries, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, dealing with patient requests, calling patients who require follow up appointments, billing and Medicare claiming.
• The ideal candidate would have at least 1 years medical reception experience; be familiar with general practice medical software and have an interest in working within the health industry and with people. Excellent communication skills, a warm manner, organisational skills and professional presentation are essential. We require someone with a positive attitude and the ability to think on their feet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task and follow through
• Commitment to work professionally as part of the support team
• The successful candidate will be joining a very supportive team and have a very pleasant work environment
• Previous experience working in a medical practice and using medical software is ideal but not required

Pay: Pending on experience
