Junior Trade Assistant - Service Department

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Trades Assistant to join our Service Department in Kardinya.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a genuine interest in the trades and wants to build a long-term career in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians assisting with servicing, maintenance, repairs and installations across residential and light commercial sites throughout Perth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting technicians with service, maintenance, repairs and installations

• Using hand and power tools

• Loading and preparing tools and materials

• Keeping vehicles and work areas clean and organised

• Following all safety procedures and site requirements

• Learning from experienced tradespeople and developing your practical skills

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable, motivated and willing to learn

• Good basic hand and tool skills

• Mechanical aptitude and a practical mindset

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment

• WA Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)

• White Card

• Previous trade or TA experience is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are most important
