About the Role
Join Swinburne’s Centre for Mental Health and Brain Sciences and play an important role in supporting the delivery of Mental Health Online, an Australian Government Department of Health funded online mental health service.
As the Clinic Administration Officer, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support that helps Mental Health Online run smoothly, efficiently and with a strong focus on client experience.
Mental Health Online provides online therapist support to people experiencing a range of mental health conditions, with services delivered in part through student placements. You’ll be at the centre of the administrative coordination that makes this service possible — supporting clients, students, therapists and stakeholders while ensuring information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
Your day-to-day work will be varied, including coordinating client communication and scheduling, supporting student placement administration, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with data collection and reporting, and managing financial administration.
This is a great opportunity for an organised and solutions-focused administrator who enjoys working autonomously, managing competing priorities and contributing to a service with a genuine social impact.
About You
You’re a confident and capable administrator who can bring a calm, professional and thoughtful approach to a sensitive environment. You’ll have:
Qualifications
Extensive relevant administration experience; and or completion of a bachelor’s degree.
