About the role

You'll play an important role in preparing and delivering delicious dishes using fresh, seasonal Tasmanian produce, while working as part of a supportive and professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and service across all kitchen sections

• Help deliver high standards of food quality and presentation

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

• Follow food safety and kitchen procedures

• Continue developing your culinary skills and knowledge

About you

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen

• Passionate about food and eager to learn

• Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure

• Positive attitude and strong team spirit

• Relevant qualifications are desirable
