Senior Associate Employment Law- 4+ years PAE

We are seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate to join a reputable and fast growing specialist litigation practice in Sydney CBD. 

You will have a strong background in employment and workplace relations, enjoy working closely with clients and be comfortable managing complex matters with a high degree of responsibility and independence. 

Duties will include: 
 

• Managing a broad range of employment and workplace disputes 
• Advising businesses, executives and senior stakeholders on complex workplace matters 
• Drafting court documents, submissions, settlement deeds and other key legal materials 
• Representing clients in tribunals, courts, mediations and conciliations 
• Providing advice on unfair dismissal, adverse action, discrimination and misconduct issues 
• Assisting clients with executive transitions, restrictive covenants and confidential information disputes 
• Conducting and advising on workplace investigations and sensitive employee matters 
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate
