BYD Sunshine Coast is looking for a Finance & Insurance Consultant to help customers transition to the next generation of mobility while delivering a seamless and professional vehicle finance experience.

About the Role:

As a Finance & Insurance Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding customers through the finance and insurance process when purchasing their new vehicle from BYD.

Working closely with the Sales team, you will help customers secure tailored finance and protection solutions while ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience from purchase through to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Presenting finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers

• Structuring finance packages to suit individual customer needs

• Managing finance approvals and lender relationships

• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and compliantly

• Supporting the Sales team to maximise vehicle delivery opportunities

• Delivering a professional, transparent, and customer-focused experience

What you'll bring:

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in automotive Finance & Insurance or dealership Business Manager roles

• Strong knowledge of finance products, lenders, and compliance requirements

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• The ability to present finance solutions confidently and clearly

• A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Current driver's licence

Experience within a high-volume dealership environment will be highly regarded.
