Change Manager - M&A Integration Program

About the Opportunity
Advance Thinking is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a critical Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Program within a leading Australian healthcare and community services organisation.

This program is focused on the integration of a recently acquired business, including the transition of people, processes, systems and technology into the broader enterprise environment. This is a highly visible initiative with key milestones scheduled throughout August and requires a hands-on senior change professional who can lead and execute change activities end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the change management workstream across the integration program.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, plans and approaches.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Create and deliver change and communication collateral.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business, operational and technology teams.
• Support workforce transition activities including HRIS migration and process change.
• Facilitate workshops, briefings and leadership engagement sessions.
• Monitor adoption, readiness and change outcomes throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Work closely with program leadership to ensure successful delivery of key integration milestones.  

Program Overview
The integration program includes:

• Migration of employees into a new HRIS platform.
• Introduction of new corporate technology and equipment.
• Changes to workforce processes, including time recording and operational procedures.
• Separation from legacy systems and services.
• Delivery of critical integration milestones throughout the integration period.

Skills & Experience
Essential

• Extensive experience as a Senior Change Manager within large-scale transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering change within M&A, acquisition or business integration environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience developing change strategies, communications, training and adoption materials.
• Ability to operate in a hands-on delivery capacity.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Desirable

• Experience within healthcare, aged care, community services or other highly regulated industries.
• Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent change management certification.
• Experience supporting HRIS, workforce or people-related transformation initiatives.
