Job Role:                         

Installations Coordinator

• Management, Planning, Coordinating of Contractors

• Liaising with Clients. 

• Installations 

• Booking Protection Officers ect

• Material/Stock management and warehousing. 

This is an outstanding opportunity for an Installations Coordinator to take responsibility for the efficient Management, coordination, preparation, & logistics of our Contractors and material stock control.  

Installations Coordinator will also be responsible for all aspects of installations Including liaising with clients, closing off orders, material/stock management, warehousing and auditing and if required installations.  

The Installation Coordinator will assign, coordinate, and manage multiple teams of contractors working across Sydney at many different installation sites/billboards with multiple installations methodologies. Will also coordinate hiring and manage protection officers and the efficient use of plant equipment when required. You will build strong relationships with multiple clients and contractors and become a critical main point of contact for all the installations in your division. 

Experience in installation management, materials, installation with exposure to multi-storey, high rise, standalone billboards, and shop fronts building elements will be well regarded. Candidates with experience who can liaise with clients are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a managerial or similar role

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word; Excel & Outlook

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• A team player

• Experience in the advertising or signage industry (desirable)

• Construction Induction/White Card.
