Accounts & Payroll Assistant - Part Time

Dial A Glass is a West Australian owned company supplying quality glass products & servicing the whole metro area. As well as supplying to the retail market our clients are also some of the most respected building & renovation companies in Perth.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with minimum 3 years experience in a similar role to join our team - this is a Part Time position approx. 24 to 30 hours per week

As part of the Admin Team typical duties will include:

• Assist with Debtors - invoicing, following up on payments

• Assist with Creditors - match purchase orders with delivery dockets & invoices

• Assist with Payroll - calculating weekly payroll incl overtime

• Assist with Production - call ups/scheduling procedures

Must have:

• Recent relatable experience in an accounting role
