Studio Assistant

WMK is a creative Architecture and Interior Design studio located in Sydney's CBD. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client experiences with our collaborative and innovative team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant Studio Assistant to join our Studio Team on Wednesdays and Fridays

This role is ideal for Interior Design Graduates and Students who are super organised and have a passion about creating positive first impressions and supporting a busy design team.

· Greet clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth and a hospitality mindset

· Manage incoming calls, emails, and meeting room bookings efficiently

· Maintain a clean, tidy and organised reception and studio space at all times

· Assist with printing, preparing and delivering presentation materials

· Provide administrative support to designers and architects and supplier coordination

· Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations and proactively address team needs

· Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new digital tools

· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently

· Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus

· Tech-savvy and eager to support studio operations

· Experience in a creative or design studio environment is a plus

· Permanent Australian work rights are essential for this position

· Friendly, approachable and client-focused with a genuine passion for service

· Proactive, reliable and willing to assist across different studio functions

· Detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and pride in presentation
