The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant Studio Assistant to join our Studio Team on Wednesdays and Fridays

You will be the welcoming face of our studio and the backbone of our administrative operations. This role is ideal for Interior Design Graduates and Students who is super organised and has a passion about creating positive first impressions and supporting a busy design team.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth and a hospitality mindset

· Manage incoming calls, emails, and meeting room bookings efficiently

· Maintain a clean, tidy and organised reception and studio space at all times

· Assist with printing, preparing and delivering presentation materials

· Provide administrative support to designers and architects and supplier coordination

· Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations and proactively address team needs

Qualifications & Skills

· Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new digital tools

· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently

· Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus

· Tech-savvy and eager to support studio operations

· Experience in a creative or design studio environment is a plus

· Permanent Australian work rights are essential for this position
