Branch Assistant / Sales / Delivery Driver

We are currently in a period of growth and diversification and are looking for an individual who either has a background in plumbing, civil, HVAC or irrigation, or enjoys the challenge of learning a new industry and want to grow with the business.

Here's what a typical day could look like:

• You'll be one of the main faces our customers see, so great service and friendly interactions are a must.

• When you're in the branch, you'll help process orders, deliveries/pick up's, prepare quotes, and support the team with stocking shelves and managing inventory.

• You'll also assist with order management/quoting to ensure everything is ready to go when it's delivery time.

• Delivering goods to site in a timely and professional manner.

• Servicing specialty customers.

• Building report with existing customers.

• Identifying new customers.

What do you need to bring?

• A valid open driver's license and a safe driving record.

• A passion for customer service.

• Basic computer skills to handle quotes and sales processing.

• A team player attitude – humble, hard-working, and always ready to pitch in.

• Willingness to learn something new every day
