Night Supervisor

Location: Hotel Victoria, 384 Banna Ave, Griffith NSW 2680

The Role

As Night Supervisor, you will be the main person in charge on-site during the afternoon/evening shifts. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the general running of the hotel including but not limited to, providing exceptional customer service in the bar, tab and keno areas, working with the chef and kitchen staff for functions and events, handle guest check-ins, oversee safety, and complete basic administrative tasks. Supervising staff and overseeing all closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of all beverages, including cocktails and barista style drinks.

Accommodation duties, check-ins, chargebacks and room charges.

Run the nightly reconciliation processes, balancing day and night sales.

Secure the property at closing time, locking doors and conducting routine safety walks.

Clearing all poker machines, balancing end of trade and safe.

Clean all public spaces, bars, and poker machine areas making sure they are tidy and presentable for the next day.

Respond calmly and practically to any security issues or maintenance emergencies.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in a hotel, in hospitality supervision, or a similar role.

Solid computer literacy with the ability to learn our hotel booking system quickly.

Friendly, reliable, and approachable manner with great common-sense

problem-solving.

Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) RCG (Responsible conduct of gambling) and TAB and Keno competency.

Full flexibility to work consistent closing shifts, including weekends.

Pay: $26.44 – $47.51 per hour
