Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - Aged Care

As a PCA/AIN, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and hydration needs
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate documentation and care records
• Working collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 12 months' experience in aged care or residential care
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Relevant Working with Vulnerable People clearance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
