Drummond Street Services is a not-for-profit, non-denominational agency with over 130 years of delivering innovative services that strengthen families and communities across Victoria. We provide family services, mental health and wellbeing support, relationship counselling, parenting programs, and specialist services that reflect the diversity of the communities we work alongside.

Drummond Street Services, in partnership with Elizabeth Morgan House, delivers pre and post release services to eligible women and trans and gender diverse people exiting prison. Pre-release support is provided at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre and Tarrengower Prison, with post-release support delivered state-wide.
As the Program Support & Administration Worker, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Program Manager, Team Leader and broader Pre & Post Release team across DS and Elizabeth Morgan House.
The role will support the smooth delivery of the program through referral coordination, data management and reporting, meeting and operational support, stakeholder communication and other day-to-day administrative tasks. You will also have some limited contact with participants and stakeholders through phone and email enquiries.
