Program Manager (Full-time)

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager with:

• Proven experience delivering complex technology, engineering or operational programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, governance, risk and project reporting.
• A track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and delivering successful outcomes.

About the Role

• Lead and coordinate Employment and Training programs, traineeship pathways, and workforce participation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with employers, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), government agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Support trainee recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and employment readiness activities.
• Monitor program performance, compliance requirements, reporting obligations, and funding deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, and program sustainability initiatives.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
