Property Inspections Manager 

We are looking for a proactive and positive team player to join our property management team as an Property Inspections Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service, supporting a team, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct opens inspections, including mid-week and Saturdays.

• Routine inspections, and at times you may be requested to assist with ingoing inspections.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to rental providers, renters, and prospective renters through professional communication and timely follow-up.

• Support property managers by coordinating inspection schedules, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with property administration tasks as required.

• Ensure properties are well-presented, compliant, and maintained, and that any concerns identified during inspections are promptly reported.

• Collaborate with the property management team to continuously improve processes and maintain high operational standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, “can-do” attitude and a strong commitment to team culture and success.

• Professional presentation, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Agents Representative Certificate (mandatory) and a current police check.

• Previous experience as an inspections manager, property manager, or assistant property manager, with knowledge of daily property management operations.

• Current Australian Driver’s License.

• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Confidence in completing detailed property reports.

• Tech-savvy, with experience using property management software and inspection apps.
