About the role
Our purpose-built practice in Modbury is busy — and growing. As our new Chiropractic Assistant, you'll be the face and voice of the practice: the first "hello" patients get when they walk through the door or call us, and a big part of why they keep coming back.

Day to day, you'll be:
- Welcoming patients and practice members in person and over the phone, creating a genuinely remarkable experience for every visitor
- Managing a busy, high-volume appointment book for our Chiropractors
- Handling payments and money with accuracy
- Following up marketing and social media leads
- Once you're confident and competent, working one-on-one with patients to assist our Chiropractors with assessments and progress reports

No prior experience in Chiropractic or health is required. We will provide full training. We hire amazing people first, and train exceptional Chiropractic Assistants second. Hours are approx. 20 - 30 hours per week, depending on your availability and capacity. You must be available for early starts (6.30am) and late finishes (after 7pm) to fit around our patients' schedules.
