Norths Devils Leagues Club (Devils), situated in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane, forms an integral part of the local community. Established for over 50 years, Norths Devils Leagues Club is an important hub for community support and rugby league growth in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. The venue is spaciously designed to incorporate a 240 seat restaurant, versatile function spaces, dedicated sports bar and 93 gaming machines. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all patrons have a great experience.

• Serve drinks and food in a timely and professional manner.

• Handle cash transactions, including the correct handling of money.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide smooth, efficient service.

• Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and polite manner.

• Be well presented & take pride in their appearance.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Positive attitude every day as you walk through our doors.

• The ability to effectively communicate with peers, supervisors and patrons.

• Ability to maintain service and procedural standards in a fast paced environment.

• Be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team.

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in similar roles in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

• RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) essential.

• Food Safety Certificate essential.
