We are on the hunt for experienced Waitstaff for our brand new venue in Fortitude Valley.

Tassis Group venues include Massimo Bar and Restaurant, Opa Bar & Mezze, Yamas Greek and Drink, Fosh, Rich and Rare, Longwang, Fatcow, Pompette and Dark Shepherd at the Casino, Stilts and Mulga Bills at the Green Bridge and the now open Aunty on Wandoo St. Restaurants include the cuisines of Australian Steakhouse, seafood, Greek cuisine, Italian cuisine, and Latin cuisine.

Qualifications & experience

Waitstaff
Skill requirements for section waiters:

• Previous a la carte experience preferred but not necessary

• Ability to run a section

• A true passion for food, hospitality and people

• Exceptional organisational skills - you need to thrive in a fast paced environment

• Confidence in your ability to take charge, able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed

• Be warm, personable and sociable - bring your personality to the table

• A passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experiences

• Advanced communication skills

• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards

• Flexible availability over a rotating roster, including both day and night, weekends and public holidays

• Wait Staff experience is essential

•  A great work ethic and a team player

• RSA required

• Lunch and dinner
