In addition, the firm offers wills and estate planning services, helping clients protect and manage their assets with confidence.Role Description This full-time remote Paralegal role supports lawyers in delivering high-quality property and commercial law services. On a day-to-day basis, the Paralegal will assist with drafting and preparing legal documents such as contracts, leases, conveyancing documents, and wills. The role includes reviewing and organizing legal documentation, conducting legal and factual research, and preparing summaries and reports for matters involving property transactions, business sales, and estate planning. The Paralegal will communicate with clients and external stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate documentation and signatures. The position also involves maintaining accurate matter files, managing timelines, and supporting due diligence processes to ensure efficient case progression.Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of property, commercial, and contract law.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting contracts, conveyancing documents, leases, and estate planning documents.Skilled in Document Review, with attention to detail for identifying errors, inconsistencies, and risks.Effective Communication abilities, including clear written correspondence and professional client interaction.Competence in Research, including legal research, fact-finding, and due diligence for property and business matters.Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple matters and deadlines in a remote environment.Experience using legal practice management software and standard office productivity tools.Relevant qualification such as a Paralegal certificate, diploma in legal studies, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in a property, commercial, or conveyancing practice is advantageous.
