About the role
Community Connectors – IMR
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is two full-time, maximum-term positions available until 30 June 2027, with the opportunity for extension, subject to ongoing funding.
Maranguka is seeking two dedicated Community Connectors to join our Improving Multidisciplinary Responses (IMR) Program. This role builds strong and trusted relationships between First Nations families, community members and service providers, helping to ensure families can access culturally safe, coordinated and responsive support.
Working alongside families, Elders, community stakeholders and partner agencies, you will act as a key link between community and services, supporting improved collaboration, reducing barriers to access, and ensuring family and community voices help shape service responses and program delivery.

What We Offer
– A competitive hourly rate starting from $40.49 (dependent on experience, skills and qualifications) – This position is covered under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS)
– Salary packaging – up to $15,900 per year, tax-free
