Role DescriptionThis is a contracted, hybrid role for a Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator, working directly with the founder. The role involves planning and filming short-form vertical video content with A1's tutors and students, directing on camera talent who are largely new to being filmed, and editing footage with tight pacing, captions, music and clean visuals. The Coordinator will also take ownership of a real content calendar and help grow A1's presence across Instagram and TikTok. Some work will require attending A1's Blacktown and Bella Vista campuses for shoots.
QualificationsConfident working in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar video editing softwareStrong understanding of what makes short-form content genuinely engagingPrior experience in content creation or social media preferredComfortable directing and coaching on-camera talentSense of humour and understanding of student/HSC cultureAble to commit 6-8 hours a week consistently and attend campuses for shoots
