Super Tek Collision Repairs is a well established family owned business located in Thornbury. We have been operating in the repair industry for 27 years. We are a Subaru Certified Collision Repairer and a Preferred Repairer for QBE, Zurich, Suncorp Group (GIO, Vero, Shannons, APIA and AAMI) and Toyota Insurance.  We also service a number of large Fleet Companies.

Requirements:

• Must have exceptional computer skills and be experienced in Audanet, Estimage and ORM.

• Our Computer Package is Auto-Quote (happy to train).

• You will be required to manage the workflow, order parts and write quotes.

• Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.

• Great communication skills when dealing with Customers, Suppliers and Staff.

• The applicant must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional presentation.

• A current and unrestricted driver's licence.

• Strong verbal communication and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotes and supplementaries for vehicles within specified timelines, meeting repair cost targets and adhering to insurer and company procedures.

• Parts ordering and client liaison.

• Perform quality control checks and oversee the vehicle handover process.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
