As we continue to grow, we are seeking someone who is excited about the opportunity to develop and grow within our amazing LJ Hooker Victoria Park|Belmont (WA) Residential Property Management department.

We will provide extensive on the job training - previous Real Estate experience not essential - it's really about finding the right person, with the right attitude & a hunger to succeed!

About the role:

We're looking for someone who is passionate, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service and works well within the team environment.

Your duties are not just answering phones and will include but not be limited to:

• Meeting and greeting clients both in person, online and via phone

• General administration duties and provide support to the Property Management and Sales departments

• General administration duties and provide support to the Property Management and Sales departments (previous administrative experience preferred but not essential)

• Liaising with landlords, tenants & tradespeople

• Maintain stationery stock levels and office supplies

• AND of course answering and directing phone calls & emails
  

What you'll bring:

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Outstanding customer service skills with at least 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry and record-keeping abilities

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment as well as providing support to other members of the property management team

• Police clearance

• Full time availability

• To be able to work occasional Saturdays

• Must be 18 years or over

• Must have Australian work eligibility (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)

• Driver's Licence and own car
