About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

This full-time role is based in our Mentone office and is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in real estate. You'll begin by developing strong foundations in reception, administration and property management.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, motivated and keen to learn. Experience is real estate is great, but attitude, work ethic and genuine interest in building a career are just as important.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails

• Providing administrative support to the Sales & Property Management team

• Assisting with marketing, social media and office communications

• Maintaining accurate client and property records

• Supporting the wider team with various administrative tasks

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is ideal

• Real Estate Agents Representative certificate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Focus on providing outstanding customer service

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite & Canva

• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative

• A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude with a keen interest in Real Estate
