Project Coordinator

PROJECT COORDINATOR 

Ramvek is growing and transforming to provide specialised services to our existing and new clients who operate in the retail and luxury retail space.  We will elevate our specialised services in this area through building a dedicated team, and developing their skills, knowledge and expertise while operating in a fun and dynamic workplace.

Your New Role: 

Reporting into the Head of Projects, you will be primarily responsible for assisting the Luxe team to manage projects and client relationships, as well as having the opportunity to manage your own smaller scale projects. In addition, responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, supported by a high level of administrative support and reporting.

• Manage communication to drive information flow and ensure that expectations are aligned.

• Apply good judgement in decision making to ensure the needs of all customers are balanced and considered.

• Coordinate site visits, service calls and installation work on projects as required and requested by Project Managers, with a focus on successful project outcomes.

• Update and provide relevant information to the wider team as necessary via internal reporting tools and communication channels.

• Manage key administration tasks associated with contractors, purchase orders, invoices, permits & other relevant site related documentation

About You:

• Experience in a previous Client Relationship/Implementation role or similar capacity

• Knowledge or prior experience within a Retail Design environment and Visual Merchandising is well regarded – preferably within the luxury space

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills

• Problem solving skills and ability to think creatively

• Effective time management and prioritisation to work productively in a fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile and a commitment to grow within the business.

• Willingness to travel as required.
