Sales Support Administrator

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our Global Pharma & International Consumer (GPIC) Team based in Chatswood, NSW. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, this role plays a critical part in supporting the sales team through high-quality administrative and operational support.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the pharma team.

• Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, budgets and vendor administration activities.

• Support contracts, compliance documentation and stakeholder approvals.

• Assist with the planning and execution of meetings, events and sales conferences.

• Coordinate healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and payment processes in line with compliance requirements.

• Support customer communications, pricing updates and tender administration.

• Prepare and distribute reports, sales support materials and business updates.

• Coordinate onboarding, training and induction activities for new employees.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance and other cross-functional teams.

• Provide general administrative support and contribute to operational improvement initiatives.

About you

• Previous administration, customer service, coordination or sales support experience is desirable but not essential.

• A recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong willingness to learn is encouraged to apply.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused with a positive attitude.

• Confident using technology and able to quickly learn new systems and processes.

• Proficiency in using excel.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Experience with SAP, Veeva, Adobe or similar business systems will be viewed favourably but is not required.
