About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Digital Discovery & AI Marketing, you will create high-quality, commercially focused content that strengthens our online visibility, builds brand authority and supports lead generation across both Paywise and Easi Fleet. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts across financial services, salary packaging and automotive industries to create trusted, helpful content designed for both people and machines. From SEO and AI search optimisation through to thought leadership and content strategy, you’ll play a key role in shaping how customers discover and engage with our brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Creation

• Write high-quality SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) content, including:
• Blog articles
• Landing pages
• Website copy
• Paid search and social media advertising copy
• Translate technical financial and automotive topics into clear, engaging content.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create authoritative and unique content assets.
• Research customer behaviours, market trends and competitor activity to identify content opportunities.
• Refresh and optimise existing content to maintain accuracy, relevance and performance.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives that position Paywise and Easi Fleet as industry leaders.

AI & Search Optimisation

• Optimise content for search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
• Apply structured content principles to improve machine readability and discoverability.
• Monitor changes in AI search and recommend content improvements.
• Use AI responsibly to support research, ideation and content development while maintaining originality and quality.
• Implement SEO best practices and search intent optimisation across all content.

Strategy & Growth

• Contribute to content planning, topic ideation and editorial calendars.
• Identify opportunities to improve content performance and increase organic visibility.
• Support initiatives that build authority, trust and conversion outcomes.
• Evaluate content against Google’s Helpful Content Guidelines and industry best practice.

About You

You are a curious, commercially minded writer who loves researching, learning and creating content that genuinely helps customers. You will bring:

• 3+ years’ experience creating digital content for websites, blogs or marketing campaigns.
• Proven experience developing SEO-optimised content that drives engagement and performance.
• Strong ability to simplify complex topics and make them easy to understand.
• Experience writing for both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Outstanding research and critical thinking capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.

Highly Regarded

• Experience within financial services, salary packaging, novated leasing or automotive industries.
• Experience working within regulated industries.
• Knowledge of AI search optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
• Experience using AI-powered content tools and workflows.
• Google Analytics certification.
• Relevant qualification in Journalism, Communications
• Marketing or a related discipline.
