Accounts Payable Officer

Our manufacturing plants are located across New South Wales and Victoria, Australia.

We are currently searching for our next Accounts Payable super star to join our Finance team at Head Office in Taren Point. 

This is a full-time (Mon-Fri), on-site role.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manual 3-way matching purchase orders through to invoice

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner

• Reconciling supplier statements to Supplier Ledger

• Maintaining documentation including scanning

• Assisting the finance team with ad hoc requests 

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in accounts payable 

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively 

• Accurate data entry skills 

• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail 

• Proven ability to meet deadlines 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Desirable Criteria

·         NetSuite experience

·         Manufacturing experience
