Property Management Assistant

NCL Property Management is a specialized property management agency based in Southport, servicing the Gold Coast, Redlands, Logan and Ipswich areas. We particularly specialize in the leasing and management of newly constructed homes.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Property Management Assistant to join our friendly team and work closely with our Senior Property Manager & Director.

This is a varied role combining office-based administration as well as property inspections and travel, and will include a company vehicle and mobile phone along with plenty of training and support.

You will assist the Senior Property Manager with the day-to-day management of our portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Daily Rent receipting (Console Cloud / Reap It Software)

- Routine property inspections & reporting

- Follow up any maintenance or tenancy issues identified during inspections

- Entry and exit inspections

- Open home inspections

- Responding to general tenant enquiries

- Maintaining accurate property records and updating property management systems

- General office administration tasks

- Assisting the Senior Property Manager & Director with daily property management tasks as required

- Assisting our Office Team as a Whole with general administrative duties when required.

35-hour working week

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: OFF

Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Sunday: OFF

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or License

- Holds a valid Australian driver's license

- Is Extremely Reliable and Well Organized

- Is Professional in presentation and communication

- Is Customer-service focused

- Is Positive, motivated and willing to learn

- Is able to work independently while also supporting the wider team

Having previous experience in a similar property management role will be highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate who demonstrates the skills, attitude and willingness to learn.
