Finance and Insurance Sales Professional

Blacklocks Lavington is looking for a motivated Finance & Insurance Sales Professional to join our dealership and play a key role in delivering an exceptional vehicle ownership experience for our customers.

This is more than a finance role. We are looking for someone who understands that F&I is about building trust, understanding customer needs and creating a seamless, professional experience from the showroom through to vehicle delivery.

You will work closely with our Sales Team to manage the finance and insurance process, identify customer requirements and present tailored finance and insurance solutions in a clear and professional manner.

About the Role

As our Finance & Insurance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end finance and insurance process for vehicle purchases

• Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable throughout the process

• Presenting finance, insurance and warranty products professionally and ethically

• Working closely with Sales Consultants to maximise opportunities and deliver a seamless customer journey

• Preparing finance applications and liaising with lenders and finance providers

• Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately

• Maintaining strong relationships with our finance and insurance partners

• Supporting the Sales Team to achieve dealership and individual targets

• Delivering an exceptional handover and ownership experience for every customer

• Maintaining a high level of compliance, accuracy and professionalism at all times

About You

You will be an experienced automotive professional who understands how to balance commercial performance with genuine customer care.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in automotive

• Strong knowledge of the sales process

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A professional, confident and customer-focused approach

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

• The ability to work effectively with Sales Consultants and management

• A proven ability to identify opportunities and consistently achieve results

• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
